Stirring Engagement – Fixxology Social Media Campaign

During this campaign I achieved:
– 78% increase in average engagement rate
– Reduced Instagram reel skip rate by 8.07%
– Consistent growth in reach, impressions and audience retention

Fixxology is a beverage brand with multiple locations throughout Eastern Idaho, known for its creative drinks, energetic branding, and strong community presence. In addition to drinks, they offer snacks like cookies, pretzels, popcorn, and Italian ice, making it a go-to spot for families and students alike.

When I stepped into the role of Social Media Manager, Fixxology already had a recognizable brand but their content lacked consistency and structure. Using what I’ve learned through my coursework at Brigham Young University-Idaho I focused on one clear objective: increasing engagement through consistent, strategic content creation.
