Not going to lie, this project has been one of my favorites. I was able to reach out and had conversations with professionals in the industry and understand what is in their thoughts.
The purpose of this project is to help new solutions consultants to understand what Cloza can offer for other businesses. Cloza is a company that helps small businesses reach out to the audience and provide solutions for them. To do so, it is important for the solutions consultants to understand what we can provide and how it can be beneficial for businesses who are wanting to grow and find customers.
(Excuse my creativity talent) These are the four main services Cloza offers. This PowerPoint has a total of 25 pages but I cannot share too much because some information is confidential.
Challenges
Well, it has been a challenging semester for me, lots of ups and downs. All in all, everything was worth the time and effort. I would say the most challenging roadblocks while working on this project was the courage to reach out. As I mentioned earlier, I had great conversations with professionals in the industry; some are my friends, some are strangers. Probably because of my background, I don’t reach out to people unless it is necessary. So I guess reach out and asking was the most challenging for me.
Project Process & Experience
In the beginning of working on this PowerPoint, I did lots of research on what the services are and tried to gather as much information as possible. However, it didn’t go well. I felt stuck. Luckily, I had my brother who is an expert. After talking to him, I decided to reach out to more people who are experts in different services, had interviews with them. It was scary but fun! Even though I am still not comfortable reach out, I learned to ask. I remember that time when my wife reached out and asked to use their studio, the studio owner taught us that if you want opportunity, you gotta ask. So I was able to gather information because I asked.
Key Insight:
I am grateful for the opportunities to get of my comfort zone and ask. What I learned from working on this project is, it doesn’t matter how complicated or difficult things may be, there are always people who are willing to help and support you. I didn’t finish this project by myself, I was able to finish this project because of my wife, my brother, and the professionals.
