Well, this is it. My Senior Project… The finish line is in sight for my time at college and honestly I’m really happy for it. The path this project took was a winding road of changes and creative decisions that made the project the way it is. I was able to talk about what I love, while doing what I love, drawing. I hope you all Enjoy the Video

My Senior Project:
Why did I Use Davinci over Adobe?
Out of all the programs I could have used for this project, why did I choose to use Davinci over Adobe? Well I actually made this decision because I’m looking forward to graduation. In reality, Adobe is expensive, so much so that there is no way I’d be able to afford a license continually. So I made the choice to use Davinci because of how accessible it is, it’s a lot cheaper than adobe and I’m able to use it a lot more than adobe’s subscription service. So because of that I made the decision to make the entire video in Davinci so I could save money after college, showing that I can still make videos even without the expensive option that is adobe.
Making the Graphics
I’m a remote student, I didn’t have access to fancy cameras except my phone, a Google Pixel 6. Because of this I had to rely on graphics to really add more to the video since any footage I would get would certainly not be the same quality as that on campus. Since my topic was about a TV show, there was no way I was going to be allowed to use footage for this project without breaking some sort of copyright, so I went and decided to draw every, single, graphic by hand based on scenes in the show itself. I will say after drawing nearly 100+ graphics in the span of 2 weeks, my hand is now in pain.
