
Overview
Mindful Moments Self Discovery is a faith-centered lifestyle brand created to support 18-25 year-old Latter-day Saint women in balancing their academic, professional, and personal lives while staying grounded in their spirituality. My goal on my accounts was to boost followers on Instagram and views on Pinterest to bring awareness to my brand, and through consistently posting have gained more followers and views.
Summary
Over the past 11 weeks, I have posted consistently five days a week on Instagram and Pinterest in alignment with my goals and strategies.
On Instagram I was able to create 40 different posts through reels, static, and carousel posts, mainly focusing on reels to increase non follower reach on this platform.
On Pinterest I created 63 pins, building the account from 0 content at the beginning of the semester.
Goals
- Increase followers on Instagram from 39 to 400 by April 1, 2025.
- Grow Pinterest presence from 0 to 800 monthly viewers by April 1, 2025.
Tasks
- I dedicated 60 hours to creating 40 posts, sharing relevant reposts, developing strategies, setting objectives and KPIs, researching four competitors, crafting and revising two brand sheets, and conducting a case study.
- I consistently posted five times a week and shared stories every week.
Conclusion
Over the course of this project I have learned so much about how to have a strategy, and put it into a real life brand. I had a small follower count at the beginning of this project and have gained an additional 200 since starting this campaign. I have truly enjoyed supporting women on our journey to self discovery, and I can’t wait to continue this project after graduation!
