Overview
Florence’s Exquisite Chocolates has been a staple in Rexburg, Idaho since 1981, but the social platforms they had didn’t replicate this fandom. My job was to change their social presence as well as grow followers, increase engagement, views, and overall effectiveness of their marketing efforts.
MY GOALS
- Grow following by 300 on both Instagram and TikTok
- Increase views per video
- Introduce new content types
- Build brand presence.
MY TASKS
- Spend 50 hours on the project below:
- Gaining access to the account, and creating a new account for TikTok (5 Hours)
- Profile Audit (3 hours)
- Researching competitors (5 hours)
- Creating & editing Content (20 hours)
- Creating content calendar, re-evaluating goals and other measurables (7 hours)
- Meetings with client & other entities (8 hours)
- Posting and community engagement (3 hours)
- Total 51 hours
