Health Awarness Campaign

By Kathryn Tedford

For my senior project, I’ve created a health awareness campaign specifically for The Cookie Place here in Rexburg. I thought it would be a unique and fitting idea, especially considering that, with the beginning of the year, many people across the United States are self-conscious about their weight and overall health.

In the time we are living, the conversation about wellness and mindful, healthy habits presents an opportunity to connect this movement to an interesting take on healthy: cookies.

I hope this campaign raises more awareness about the idea of enjoying a dessert that requires you to compromise on your health. With better ingredients, positive messaging, and a focus on balance, I believe this project demonstrates that it is possible to have something sweet and still support overall well-being.

The biggest challenge I faced with this project was designing content that resonated with both business- and health-focused audiences. I wanted this campaign to feel free and fun, which aligns with The Cookie Place’s ethos, and also to highlight the importance of wellness.
