During this project, I was able to contact Crumble Cookies and to help post and promote discounts they were having. I posted two social media posts on Instagram giving out the information on the upcoming information.
This was this first post, I uploaded it to Instagram explaining what the process of the event is going to be and what the discount is. This post also provides the location of the event with the date.
Some of the challenges occurring while making this post was figuring out the theme for the post along the color and text. I wanted to make sure the audience looking at the post was engaged and wanted to go to the event.
While I was brainstorming what to post, I wanted the information to seem fun and interactive for everyone. Many other businesses are wanting to add their own creativity to their content. It is important to have more engaging content for the customers to choose your business over the other one.
Some key insights I have gained from this project was learning how to communicate with businesses and creating fun, engaging advertisements for the audience. This can help future event content while creating the theme and figuring out what the discounts are going to be.
In this second post, I was able to create a second event for Crumble Cookie. This post includes a time of the event, and where it will take place. This is important to put information on the flyer for the public to view and to visit because it will explain the processes of the type of discount it will have, and also the date of when it will be.
While brainstorming and thinking of what to do for this post, I wanted to keep it very simple with not too many pictures and information on the post. Overwhelming the customers discourages them to want to go to Crumble and to buy their desserts.
Some of the challenges that were hard to accomplish during this report, was how to capture the audience to want to look at the information provided on the post. Making sure the content is fun, it needs to be simple. This will bring more customers and want them to be excited for more new flavors in the near future.
One key insight I gained from this project, was being able to understand the work and wanting to learn more about making advertisements for businesses. I want to work harder for creating content for this company, and by doing that, I need to know how to make the posts interactive and interesting.
In this video, I was able to give a full description of Crumble Cookies and explain my project of what I was creating for several weeks. During the video, I talked about the importance of being able to include valuable information and to keep the audience engaged and not bored. Event advertisements are valuable for the audience and the viewers to be able to see the upcoming events and what the discounts are due to the engaging content created.
