I’ve recently gathered different perspectives on Major League Baseball’s oldest stadium and home of the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Park. Stories range from first time visits, growing points of view and lifelong memories at Fenway. Additionally, I’ve made a short video of fans at Fenway describing the stadium in one word, which can be viewed below and goes into more detail on pages 8-9 in my magazine.
Traveling to Boston provided a solid setting for interviewing people in person and helped create a natural feel for journalism and storytelling. In total, Fenway Forever took 80 hours between visiting games, photography, interviews, videography, edits, writing, design and print. This project’s purpose is to capture what Fenway Park means to fans, historians and any who enter so that it may be preserved forever.
