For my senior project, I filmed, produced, and edited a 3-minute promotional video highlighting what makes Fizz Rizz Mocktail Bar a unique Rexburg experience.
The target audience of the short promo includes community members of Rexburg who are interested in learning more about fun activities that take place at local mocktail bar, Fizz Rizz. Community members who want to familiarize themselves with the activities and events at Fizz Rizz will be interested in viewing this video.
The goal of the video is to increase the bar’s business by inviting the target audience to try delicious drinks as well as participate in activities and events at Fizz Rizz.
As a communications major, I sought to strength my skillset as a project manager on this project. My central goal was to communicate effectively during all three phases of production with Fizz Rizz management and my production crew. I defined clear project objectives in pre-production through the creative brief, created a concrete production plan, and completed the project on time.
My experience on this project has furthered my skills as a communicator, project manager, and videographer. I have learned how to manage all three phases of production, communicate effectively with my contributors, and produce meaningful video content in a timely manner.
