
OVERVIEW
F45 stands for functional 45, meaning, functional workouts within 45 minutes. I work as a personal trainer at F45 and combined my love for fitness with my digital and social media skills for this project. Over the last 10 weeks I created a content strategy and produced 70 new pieces of content for their Instagram platform. The purpose of this project is to enhance F45’s overall business by strategically improving their social media presence on Instagram. By doing this it helped increase brand awareness and be a tool for potential, new, and existing members.

MY GOALS
My overall campaign objective with this social media takeover was to increase brand awareness within these past 10 weeks.
- Goal 1: Increase follower count on Instagram by 1% within the 10 weeks.
- Goal 2: Increase social media engagement rate by 2% within the 10 weeks.
- Goal 3: Increase bookings by 3% within the 10 weeks.
MY TASKS
- Spend 50 hours creating the content below:
- Develop a campaign strategy for this project. 1 hour
- Create 3-5 content pillars for brand. 5 hours
- Develop a content calendar. 3 hours
- Research 3 competitiors. 1 hour
- Create 70 posts on F45’s feed, not including stories. 42 hours
