Introduction of SwollyBuilt
Enya Holdaway began weightlifting with her dad, Richard Holdaway. Her love for weightlifting transcended onto wanting to make the gym a habit in her daily routines. As time progressed, she learned how to properly eat well, thanks to her mother and father. She has done plenty of research in what works for her and habits to apply. Now, she is teaching others how to create healthy habits. This brand has been a dream of Holdaway’s for a long time and a passion that she has been wanting to share. Holdaway’s Case Study will go more in-depth of the assembling of the SwollyBuilt project.
What will the Case Study include?
This case study will cover the Executive Summary, Brand introduction, Analytics, Content Strategies, Breakdown of Content, and more! Holdaway wants to be completely transparent with how the brand did on social media, up to this point. The ups and downs are quite expected when creating a completely new account, but with quality editing, understanding social media analytics are understood, and algorithms are broken down, SwollyBuilt has far seceded expectations.
Holdaway has implemented a Content Calendar to keep track of content to publish, useful hashtags to keep the content in the algorithm, chosen appropriate/trending songs to overlay, and is constantly on top of what is working and what is not based on how her content is performing.
Holdaway is well-versed in the world of social media (Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit, and Facebook) and wants to continue to branch out her talents in editing, data analysis, videography, graphic design, and creating content that reflects who a brand is. Holdaway will do this and more for the next company that she proceeds to work with, with the intention of strengthening a company’s Content Pillars, Strategies, and Tactics.

Overall Enya Holdaway created 43 videos/reels, and 3 posts. Her main focus for her content was through the form of video content. Holdaway has loved starting this project and is excited to continue further with it. Holdaway has implemented everything that she knows and has strengthened her skills in Communications and Digital/Social Media.
