Introduction:
The Rock Gym wanted to build connections with other businesses. They want to gain awareness and make partnerships that can help benefit both businesses. They had four main goals that will help them obtain this objective. They wanted to be able to pay rent for the month of August, build long-lasting relationships and build awareness, increase revenue, and receive gift cards for raffles and events. They wanted me to take on this campaign and come up with strategies to help them obtain these goals.
Project Overview:
For my project, I worked closely with The Rock Gym to help them accomplish their goals. Together, we came up with 3 main strategies that helped them accomplish their goals. We came up with a sponsorship plan, a team party/lunch, and a trade-in. With their approval, I made a graphic for the sponsorship plan and came up with all of the minor details. They helped me make graphics for the other strategies. I made a data tracking sheet to keep track of all the businesses I’ve contacted. I then went out and contacted 15 businesses and pitched these strategies to them.
Conclusion:
I wanted this project to be fun and successful. When I first talked with The Rock Gym about it, they said they might hire someone full time if I was successful. I wanted to make it where, if they did hire someone full time, then they can take over right where I left off. I wasn’t able to contact as many businesses as I wanted to since it took a while to get everything approved, but I’m happy I got it to the point where anyone can continue where I left off. Overall, it was a successful campaign. The Rock Gym has a good foundation and good strategies set in place to grow relationships with other businesses and help obtain their objective.
