I feel as though nowadays, people only listen to respond instead of listening to understand– and that it why I created this podcast. There is a certain reputation and a “small-town” culture that surrounds BYU-Idaho and the Let’s Start Talkin’ podcast’‘s primary purpose was to create a safe space to have real conversations about controversial/taboo topics on the BYU-Idaho campus. I was able to utilize my skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, interviewing skills, research skills and much more.
