
The idea for this journal came after an experience using art journaling for a class.
Through the course of the class, I learned that art journaling was not only a way to help breakout of the normal thinking for creativity but a great way to work through feeling of anxiety.
I decided that this book would be a great idea to make specifically to work through various feelings, such as anxiety.
And the goal of this book is just that. To help elevate the stress and anxiety of life through art and journal prompts, destruction and some coloring pages.
With the help of Procreate, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, I was able to create this book in hopes that some day it will help people.
