Every person who has ever had a job has also probably had a job they’ve hated. After having several different jobs, good and bad, I realized how much good communication from a manager or leader can make or break a work experience. This motivated me to create the Excellence in Management podcast. I interviewed managers and communication professionals, and we talked all about what’s working and what’s not when it comes to leading a team. We discussed a myriad of topics including balance, empathy, active listening, public speaking, hard conversations, discussing money, and so much more.
