The Mindful Missionaries Project is a 5-episode podcast series devoted to mental health advocacy for returned missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Each episode consists of an interview of a returned missionary who, in some capacity, struggled with mental health issues while serving.
This series provide a platform for self advocacy, creating connections between individuals and the church community. The purpose of the project is not to psychoanalyze, but to allow for uniquely unspoken individuals to communicate and connect with local communities and the masses at large discussing difficult, but important topics.

Each episode ranges in length from 30 to 60 minutes of and interview conversation. Paired with each of the five episodes is a heavily edited snippet for social media advertising purposes. These episodes and clips are broadcasted across the internet, available on YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
