Chris Peery – Innovative HR Practices

I wrote a research paper on innovative human resource practices being implemented by various companies. The research consisted of eight in-depth case studies of companies that had unique hiring practices, organizational structure, human resource philosophies, or leadership approaches. After conducting the research, I found five common themes throughout all eight companies: freedom, perks, care, equality, and efficiency. Many companies had two or three of these themes, but none of them had all five. The third part of my research consists of analyzing data from Glassdoor. To remove any potential bias I had, I didn’t look at Glassdoor until my research was written. I’ve attached my research paper below. Feel free to check it out.
