I have been implementing a new A/V streaming service within the Snow’s Recital Hall (SNO 269) and Ensemble Hall (SNO 181) that delivers new PTZ camera’s and updated capturing equipment to these room, giving the music department the ability to stream their classes, group practices, and concerts to outside sources that they have given permission to view. Within the scope of this project I have been involved in the planning, instillation and commissioning of the equipment. This includes being the project manager between the different departments involved in the project, the manual labor that was done in the limited time frames that the client could provide, and the commissioning of new software – the primarily vMix – to ensure that the streaming service as a whole would be delivered to the client without any problems.
