Project Summary

If you’re struggling with anxiety, you’re not alone!

I and four other BYU-Idaho college students (a freshman, a sophomore, a junior, and a senior) have been said to have anxiety, and we all have things we like to do to de-stress (or even just do for fun).

Taking anxiety breathers and breaks from stress is not exactly the same as just being lazy, and of course we still understand we have assignments to do.

The other interviewees in this video include a BYU-Idaho psychology professor (he has a PhD. and he’s not a clinical psychologist, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t have things to say) and the BYU-Idaho Autism Mentor Coordinator (autism, which includes Asperger’s Syndrome like what I have, can come with anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or ADHD).

Special thanks to the interviewees for allowing me to interview them and film their a-roll and/or b-roll:
