Sariah Bock- Advertisment Emphasis
Project summary: For this project I was able to help out a business that just started in Southern California. They don’t have much exposure and didn’t have a website or anything else. I was able to create a website for this plumbing business along with creating google ads, an infographic, and social media posts for them. With the posts they have a Facebook and an Instagram, but they haven’t posted anything yet since creating it. I wanted to create post that allowed people to know them.
Here are screenshots of the website that I created for them. I used squares-space and it was something that I would use again to create more websites in the future.

I wanted the website to be user-friendly and each tab to be able to work and allow the customers to be able to feel like they got more of a sense how the company works. I also wanted them to be able to see who the plumber is and feel more comfortable with who is coming to their home.
Here are screenshots of the google ads that I created. I thought creating google ads is something that will bring more exposure to the company and help them be able to reach more people. Since it is a newer company a lot of people don’t know and that is why I thought the google ads would benefit them.
The ads I created are ads that include who the company is and different services they offer. I wanted to make sure I used keywords that people are searching to help with the ads to pop up when people search different plumbing issues.
Here is the infographic that I created and in this infographic it just has some of the services they do. I wanted this so they could had it to customers and also leave it in stores or anywhere else to help bring awareness to the company.

The next thing is the Facebook and Instagram posts that I created. I will screenshot some but not all and post them here. With these post I wanted customers to be able to feel connected with this company and feel like they are friends with them.

Creating these posts I was able to be a little bit more creative and just have fun with adding different posts to help the customers. It was something that was fun to be able to help.
Here is a little breakdown of the hours that I spent on this project. I wanted to make sure I did what my client told me to do and create he wanted the website to match the logo and then everything else to match as well.
50+ hour breakdown:
10hrs: Weekly check-in meeting with client.
15hrs: Finding a website builder and creating the website.
3hrs: Research (looking at different companies’ websites seeing the different themes, looking at what services my clients offered, and another research.)
2hrs: Creating an infographic.
10hrs: Creating the google ads.
13hrs: Creating the Facebook and Instagram posts.
3hrs: Getting all the material compiled.

This is a picture of how my table turned out and how I was able to showcase the work I was able to do.
