Riley Garrett- ASI Social Media Campaign


Project Description

For my senior project, I wanted to utilize the tools I’ve learned as I’ve studied advertising & social media. My client, Brad Brown, owns an I.T. company called A Systems Integrator/AccTech Solutions. This company has been in business in the central Oregon area for 17 years but has never done much advertising and has never had a social media presence. For the project, I created a SWOT Analysis and an Audience analysis. Then, I published the company’s social media pages on Facebook and LinkedIn with my client’s suggestions. I posted weekly on these platforms using Hootsuite to schedule posts and track activity on the pages. Some of the images came from Unsplash but others, like the Coronavirus post graphics, I designed myself using the program Canva. I would like to take more pictures of the office in the future so their clients can feel more personally connected to ASI. I also wrote email content for Brad to send to his clients promoting the social media channels to attract more followers. This wasn’t originally part of my plan but, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I wrote a blog post and updated the company website to include information about ASI’s solutions for businesses who seek remote access setup for their computer systems so their employees can work from home. This project involved many aspects of digital marketing, which I enjoyed.
