Aficionado is a blog I created about my hobbies using SEO to place on Google search results and leverage Facebook to start creating a community around hobbies. I plan to continue work on this blog to eventually monetize through ads and show potential employers that I can make money with my skills.
Each post is created with keyword research backing it up. Photo’s contain alt text and I try to incorporate best SEO practices for all posts and use free analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to track my blog growth and potential weaknesses. I created a Facebook page as another avenue to allow me to create a more intimate community that connects socially over shared passions and a want for more knowledge and growth around their hobbies.
